The location and staff were good. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Burger and Lobster that was only 5 minutes' walk away. A small kitchen was ok for us.

the hotel's setting was not far from such tourist attractions as piccadilly circus. marvelous location to london city airport, just 20 minutes by car. all in all, good value.
